Management & Organization Major

The management major helps students develop the ethical capacity to lead themselves, teams, and organizations. Graduates will develop skill at combining people, organizational structure, and business strategy to provide effective, efficient, and ethical outcomes. In the business world, they typically will take entry level positions in preparation to become higher level managers and executives. For those who are inclined, the major is also excellent preparation for graduate study in business.
