Master of Business Administration - Application Process

Application Process

Submit the following:

  1. Graduate Application:

    All graduate applications to USF must be submitted online(Application)
    ($30 application fee)

  2. Transcripts (one transcript from every institution of higher learning attended)

    Mail transcripts to:

  3. Supporting Documents

    • Updated Professional Resume
    • Statement of Purpose
    • Unofficial GMAT scores (for preliminary decision)

    You should upload the above documents through the online application site.

    • Two recommending persons should mail completed recommendations to:

  4. Official GMAT scores must be sent directly from Pearson VUE.

    • Part-time Code: VP9-M4-80
    • Full-time Code: VP9-M4-97
  5. All new MBA students are REQUIRED to attend an MBA orientation session and pay a $100 (US currency) non-refundable professional development fee before registering for classes. This fee is in addition to the $35 New Graduate Student Fee assessed by the university.

In addition to the items listed above, international students must supply the following:

  1. All foreign transcripts require a course by course evaluation from a foreign transcript evaluation service. Transcript Evaluation Services
  2. Applicants whose native language is not English or who have not earned a degree in the United States must also submit TOEFL scores. TOEFL scores must be sent directly from ETS (click here for more information on TOEFL Requirements)
