Assistant Professor

An assistant professor in the Center for Entrepreneurship, Lei Zhang teaches graduate-level courses in fundamentals of venture capital and private equity and advanced topics in entrepreneurship.

Her research interests include entrepreneurship, social network, and global strategies. She has presented her research at several conferences, including at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, the Strategic Management Society Annual Meeting, and the INSEAD Network Evolution Conference.

Lei earned a PhD in strategic management from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society.
