An instructor in the Marketing Department, Anne Mägi’s teaching interests include consumer behavior, retailing, marketing management, and marketing research. At the College of Business, she teaches basic marketing and marketing management problems at the undergraduate level as well as a seminar class at the PhD level.

Mägi, an expert in survey research, retailing, and customer loyalty, has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. Her research interests include consumer behavior in a retailing context, specifically concerning satisfaction, loyalty, and price perceptions.

Mägi earned a master’s degree in marketing and a PhD in marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics. She also studied at Duke University and the University of Florida as a visiting postdoctoral student. Prior to joining the College of Business as an adjunct professor in 2006, she taught at Florida Southern College.
