Management and Organization

Department Focus

In this department we examine the broad field of organization studies and their application to the leadership of sustainable business and not-for-profit organizations. Our program focuses on the "triple bottom line" of economic success, social responsibility, and concern for the natural environment.

Our participation in academic programs is always constructed to help prepare students for life in general and careers in particular. At the undergraduate level our major prepares students for entry level positions in management, supervision, human resources, administration, and entrepreneurship. The Management and Organization minor can also be combined with other minors in the College to create the General Business major.
